本文选自中国社会出版社即将出版的、由中国人民解放军第三O五医院院长张清华主编的《长寿老人的养生之道》一书。张清华院长是我军从事老年保健、长寿研究的专家,有《战胜哀老》、《养生与长寿》等专著和多数论文公开出版与发表。即将出版的《长寿老人的养生之道》收集了古今中外许多长寿老人的健康理念和方法,本刊将择其片段,陆续刊登,以飨读者。
