关于真菌提取物(植物多糖)的抗肿瘤作用,国内外已有不少研究报告。至于暗黄层孔菌(槐耳),仅有我国民间煎服治疗宫颈癌、食道癌获效的报告,其实验研究资料尚未见到,为此,我室对暗黄层孔菌的抗肿瘤作用进行了初步实验观察。本文报告我们研究暗黄层孔菌提取物对带瘤小鼠的瘤组织、瘤周组织和脾脏影响的形态学观察结果,并初步探讨其作用原理。材料和方法暗黄层孔菌[Fomes fulvus(Scop)Gill]:采自陕西关中地区,经中国科学院微生物研究所鉴定。其提取物由我室生化组制备。动物:昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,体重23~25克左右。瘤种:腹水型肝癌,自第四军医大学引进,腹水型肉瘤180,自陕西省纺织职工医院引进。

Materials and Methods Fomes fulvus (Scop) Gill: Collected from the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province and identified by the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The extracts were prepared by our biochemical group. Animals: Kunming mice, male and female, weighing about 23 to 25 grams. Tumor type: ascites type liver cancer, imported from the Fourth Military Medical University, ascites type sarcoma 180, imported from Shaanxi Textile Workers’ Hospital.
