原发性肝癌(下称肝癌)外科治疗的效果近年来虽有所提高,但临床工作中,仍深感外科治疗手段太少,远不能满足临床的实际需要。六十年代以来,随着激光器的问世,采用激光治疗头面部和体表癌肿已屡有报道,但激光治疗内脏肿瘤特别是肝癌还未见报道;国外虽曾有用激光作肝部分切除和肝肿瘤气化方面的零星报告,但多为低功率激光动物实验结果。为了探索激光治疗肝癌是否可行及其安全性,我院自1975年10月迄今,在中国科学院上海光机所、上海医疗器械研究所、上海激光技术研究所和上海交通大学激光室等单位的大力协助下,应用上述单位研制的激光器进行动物肝的实验研究,结果尚令人满意,并已于1980年上半年予以报道。现就临床试用情况报道如下。

In order to explore the feasibility and safety of laser treatment of liver cancer, our institute has been vigorously since October 1975 in the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Medical Devices, Shanghai Institute of Laser Technology, and Shanghai Jiaotong University Laser Room. With the assistance of the laser developed by the above-mentioned unit for experimental studies of animal livers, the results were still satisfactory and were reported in the first half of 1980. The clinical trials are reported below.
