第一条凡属本省一切承办铁路民营运输商行,申请登记之审查与补行审查,除法令另有规定外,悉按本办法办理之。第二条现在所有承办铁路运输之运输商行、运输社或转运公司等,应于本办法公布之日起,二个月内依左列规定充实改组,填具申请书表呈报湖南省人民政府交通厅(以下简称本厅)审查登记。1.为统一组识起见,以前之运输社、服务社、转运公司等,一律改称为铁路商行(以下简称商行),冠以自行拟定之名称(如华强铁路运输商行),以资划一并便识别。2.各商行必须有蓬布码架之设备。
Article 1 All investigations and supplementary examinations of applications for registration of privately-run railway transport companies in their own province shall be handled in accordance with the Measures unless otherwise provided by the Act.
