国务院办公厅于日前批准《兴边富民行动规划(2011-2015年)》,“十二五”期间,云南省在边境地区实施的“兴边富民行动”将获得国家政策和资金更多支持。规划实施范围为内蒙古、广西、云南、西藏、新疆等9个省、自治区。规划提出了五个主要目标,即基础设施进一步完善;边民生活质量明显提高;贫困人口明显减少,城乡居民收入大幅提高,社会就业更加充分;边民上学难、看病难问题基本得到解决;沿边开发开放水平显著提升;特色优势产业较快发展。
