有关亚洲人群跌倒的流行病学资料极少,但该地区的老年人口逐渐增加,其跌倒及髋骨骨折的发生率也随增龄而增加,因此本文特对一组中国香港老人跌倒的发生率及其相关因素进行探讨。对象与方法调查对象为1947例年龄≥70岁的非卧床老人,按年龄、性别分组横向研究。询问受试者在此前12月内是否有过跌倒、跌倒的次数、最近一次跌倒的原因、地点和结局。记录既往职业、有无慢性疾病及相关症状、自我健康感觉、肌肉骨骼疼痛部位、有无晨起散步习惯、是否吸烟,应用镇静安
Epidemiological data on falls in Asia are scarce, but the number of older people in the area is gradually increasing. The incidence of falls and hip fractures also increases with age. Therefore, in this paper, the incidence of falls among the elderly in Hong Kong, China And its related factors to explore. Subjects and Methods Subjects surveyed were 1947 elderly people aged> 70 years who were ambulatory, grouped by age and gender. The subjects were asked whether they had had a fall in the previous 12 months, the number of falls, the reason, location and ending of the last fall. Record past occupations, with or without chronic diseases and related symptoms, self-health, musculoskeletal pain sites, morning walk habits, whether smoking, the use of sedation
