一、指导思想 遵照世界卫生组织和国务院关于“到2000年,人人享有保健”这一宏伟目标,根据我省“全民健身计划”的宗旨、任务和要求,按照省政府领导在“辽宁省实施全民健身计划动员大会”上的指示精神,我会为了配合全省人民群众的健身活动,拟从1995年至1999年末,开展一个向全省人民“送健康工程”的活动。我们的目的是通过这一活动,将足部反射区健康法送到全省城乡,为我省“全民健身计划”的贯彻落实,做一件实事,贡献一点力量。
