用流式细胞仪技术和MTT法观察了云芝糖肽(PSP)对由植物血凝素(PHA)诱导的人外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)增殖和T细胞亚群变化的调节作用。结果表明,50~100μg/mL PSP对经PHA诱导的人 PBL增殖有显著的促进作用(P<0. 05),该浓度的PSP也能促进细胞从G_1期进入S期,并可使CD_4~+细胞明显升高,使CD_4~+/CL_8细胞比例增加,提示PSP具有免疫促进作用。
Flow cytometry and MTT assays were used to observe the effect of PSK on the proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) and T lymphocyte subsets induced by phytohemagglutinin (PHA). The results showed that 50–100 μg/mL PSP significantly promoted the proliferation of human PBL induced by PHA (P<0.05). This concentration of PSP also promoted cells to enter S phase from G1 phase, and could also make CD_4~ The number of +cells was significantly increased, and the proportion of CD_4~+/CL_8 cells was increased, suggesting that PSP has an immunostimulating effect.
