The 21st century is the most crucial period in the history of our country’s modernization and national rejuvenation. The 16th CPC National Congress has set forth the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, continuing to push forward with its modernization and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. All the democratic parties held an all-round deployment in their efforts to building a well-meaning participating political party that meets the requirements of the new century. The grassroots organizations of the democratic parties are the basis for fulfilling the political tasks of the party. How can we meet the requirements of the new century and the new situation, fulfill the duties of the party members well, and establish what kind of image we should have?
