2011年初以来,中央做出了加强社会管理与创新的重大战略部署,并对群团组织参与社会管理与创新提出了明确要求。赤峰市妇联始终以使不同妇女群体“利益诉求有渠道、平等权益有保障、社会参与有组织、自身发展有平台”为目标,寓管理于服务,寓服务于创新中,积极探索妇联组织参与社会管理与创新的有效途径,收到了良好的工作效果。一、下乡调研,下访需求,上下同心,明晰新形势下妇联组织参与社会管理与创新的基本思路。
Since the beginning of 2011, the Central Government has made major strategic arrangements for strengthening social management and innovation and has set forth explicit requirements on the participation of mass organizations in social management and innovation. Chifeng City Women’s Federation has always been to enable different groups of women, “the interests of the demand channels, equal rights and interests guaranteed, social participation in the organization, self-development platform” as the goal, the management of services, including services in innovation, and actively explore the Women’s Federation Participate in social management and innovation of effective ways, received a good job.
