光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是利用光敏药选择性地破坏癌变组织的一新方法。其主要机理是光敏药物进入体内后大部聚集在肿瘤组织内,而在正常组织内却很少,且无活性,直至在特定的光波波长照射时才引起光化反应,结果产生氧基(oxygenradicals)而破坏癌变细胞而又无损于正常组织。目前,PDT已用于许多器官肿瘤的治疗,特别是对头颈部早期癌肿的治疗,已显示出其前景。
