参加了三天会,我个人深受教益。对今年举办的第八届全国美展,同志们的发言积极热烈,有这么多热心的同志,使我更加充满信心;对协会工作,大家提了许多很宝贵的意见,我表示十分感激和欢迎。同志们提的意见越多越尖锐,越说明大家对协会的关心和爱护。 借此机会,我谈两方面的看法。 一是第八届全国美展,为什么要采取以各个省为基础,自下而上地来办呢?这是因为美协的工作,如果再象50、60年代那样,采取包办垄断老模式来办,肯定不行了,为了适应改
