目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿先天性心脏异常的诊断价值。方法总结分析56例胎儿先天性心脏异常的超声心动图特征,随访产后结果,验证超声检查的准确性。结果诊断胎儿先天性心脏病47例,心律失常9例。病理解剖21例,均符合;产后心脏彩超复查22例,符合17例,漏诊2例,误诊3例;心律失常9例,经随访均恢复正常。结论只要具备相应的仪器和人员资质,选择合适的孕周,严格遵循顺序节段法,彩色多普勒超声可以确诊绝大部分胎儿先天性心脏异常。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in fetal congenital heart abnormalities. Methods The echocardiographic features of 56 cases of fetal congenital heart abnormalities were analyzed. The postnatal outcome was followed up to verify the accuracy of ultrasound examination. Results Diagnosis of congenital heart disease in 47 cases, arrhythmia in 9 cases. Pathological anatomy in 21 cases, all in line; postnatal cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination of 22 cases, in line with 17 cases, missed diagnosis in 2 cases, misdiagnosed in 3 cases; arrhythmia in 9 cases, were returned to normal after follow-up. Conclusion As long as the appropriate instruments and personnel qualifications, select the appropriate gestational age, strictly follow the sequential segmental method, color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose the vast majority of fetal congenital heart abnormalities.
