目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的动态变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法测定58例患儿及30例正常新生儿血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的水平。结果 HIE组血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平,均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);中度组血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α均显著高于轻度组(P<0.01),重度组血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α均显著高于中度组(P<0.05)。结论 HIE患儿血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α在HIE发病机制中起一定作用,其水平的升高与该病严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy And clinical significance. Methods Serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in 58 children and 30 normal newborns were detected by ELISA. Results Serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in HIE group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). Serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- (P <0.01). Serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in severe group were significantly higher than those in moderate group (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in children with HIE play a role in the pathogenesis of HIE, and their levels are related to the severity of HIE.
