Qiu Dingfan, a non-ferrous metallurgical expert, was born in Hong Kong on October 20, 1941. He is now the party secretary and vice president of the Beijing Mining and Metallurgical Research Institute, the standing director of the China Nonferrous Metals Society, the director of the Environmental Protection Committee, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Adjunct Professor of Industrial University, doctoral tutor, “Nonferrous Metals” magazine editor in chief. Qiu Dingfan graduated from Nanchang University Department of Chemistry in 1962. 1962 ~ 1983
