在外部环境复杂多变、客观困难明显增多的情况下,邮政要保持平稳较快发展,必须更加自觉地以科学发展观为指导,大力推进自主创新,实现营销方式和赢利模式的突破。2007年以来,山东邮政大胆探索与尝试,逐步构建起了以产品研发中心、销售中心、售后服务中心为核心的现代营销体系架构,促进了增长方式的转变和整体发展水平的提高。
Under the circumstance that the external environment is complicated and changeable, objective difficulties are obviously increased, the postal government needs to be more consciously guided by the scientific concept of development and vigorously promote independent innovation so as to achieve a breakthrough in marketing mode and profit-making mode. Since 2007, Shandong Post has boldly explored and attempted to gradually establish a modern marketing system structure centered on product research and development centers, sales centers and after-sales service centers, and promote the transformation of the growth mode and the enhancement of the overall development level.
