对2012年全国“两会”期间代表委员们所关注的基础教育热点问题进行评述。“两会”代表委员就如何落实财政性教育经费支出占GDP的4%的目标、花好管好教育经费展开讨论,提出制定《教育投入保障法》;正视教育沉疴,建议对实行随迁子女“异地高考”的地方投放更多的招生计划指标;针对农村中小学布局调整带来的校车安全、寄宿制学校取暖安全等一系列问题,建议出台《关于农村学校布局调整的若干规定》。
Commenting on the hot issues of basic education that members of the NPC deputies attended during the 2012 National Conference on “Two Sessions”.
