本文以实际工程设计资料,通过理论分析计算,说明采用综合效应法设计A186D梳棉机排尘系的合理性。排尘系统多年运行效果很好,本系统具有技术先进、省电、投资少等特点。国产新型A186D梳棉机,对机外排尘系价的技术要求高,与老式梳棉机不同所以设计合理的梳棉机排尘系统,以期达到梳棉机高产的目的,具有很大的经济价值。本文以笔者设计的年产三万锭棉纺厂梳棉机排尘系统为实例,按照流体力学伯奴里方程,分析影响均匀吸风的各种因素,说明采用综合效应设计排尘系统是合理的,这种梳棉机排尘系统,通过多年运行表明,效果很好。
This paper uses the actual engineering design data, through theoretical analysis and calculation, to illustrate the rationality of designing the exhaust system of the A186D carding machine with the integrated effect method. This article takes the example of the 30,000-sheet cotton spinning mill with an annual output of 30,000 cotton mills as an example. According to the Bernoulli equation of fluid mechanics, various factors affecting the uniform suction are analyzed, and it is reasonable to design a dust-removal system with comprehensive effects. This type of carding dust-removal system has been shown to work well for many years.
