当前煤炭工业安全方面有很大改善,但是伤亡事故仍然存在,重大恶性事故时有发生,使人民生命财产遭受巨大损失。伤亡事故频繁发生,既有历史问题也存在社会及经济因素,但本质原因就是技术管理的原因。随着社会经济的发展,煤矿供电电压等级也在不断提高,煤矿机电技术管理的运用也越来越广。然而我国机电系统存在着机电设备老化、负荷过多、机电技术测试落后及机电设备配置不合理的情况,这些情况常造成机电事故的发生,对安全生产构成威胁。本文对煤矿机电技术管理存在的问题及煤矿机电技术管理的在煤矿安全生产中应用进行了解析,以降低煤矿安全生产事故的发生。
The current coal industry has greatly improved the safety of the industry, but the casualty still exists. Major and serious accidents have taken place so that the lives and property of the people suffer huge losses. Casualties occur frequently, both historical and social and economic factors, but the essential reason is the reason of technical management. With the development of society and economy, the power supply voltage level of coal mines is also constantly improving, and the application of coal mine electromechanical technology management is also getting wider and wider. However, the mechanical and electrical systems in our country have the problems of aging, overloading, poor testing of electromechanical technology and irrational configuration of electromechanical equipment. These situations often lead to the occurrence of mechanical and electrical accidents, posing a threat to safety in production. This paper analyzes the existing problems of coal mine electromechanical technology management and the application of mine electromechanical technology management in coal mine safety production so as to reduce the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents.
