1960～1980年我院收治骨髓浆细胞瘤28例,其中2例表现为骨的单发性浆细胞瘤。该2例的诊断是参照1980年Tong等提出的诊断标准,即1.单发性骨骼病灶,经活体组织检查证实为浆细胞瘤。2.从非侵犯部位做骨髓活体组织检查和/或骨髓涂片检查的结果正常,浆细胞低于10％,形态正常。3.病人首次就诊时无贫血(Hb女性11.5g,男性12.5g以上)。4.其他部位骨骼检查正常。5.随访3年以上病变仍局限于原发部位,未发现多发性骨髓瘤的表
From 1960 to 1980, 28 cases of bone marrow plasmacytoma were treated in our hospital, of which 2 cases showed solitary plasmacytoma of bone.
