目的对异位妊娠进行3种方法的药物保守治疗,比较其疗效。方法对准入患者随机分为3组,第1组进行单纯米非司酮保守治疗,第2组用药方式为米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤,第3组用药方式为除米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤外,另加用中药。结果 3组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义,不良反应无明显差异。结论中药成方配合米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗输卵管妊娠,增强了杀胚作用,盆腔包块吸收快,减少了药物不良反应,临床疗效好,值得推广。
Objective To study the conservative treatment of three kinds of methods of ectopic pregnancy and compare its curative effect. Methods The patients were randomly divided into three groups, the first group was treated with simple mifepristone, the second group was treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate, the third group was treated with mifepristone Combination of methotrexate, plus the use of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The cure rates in the three groups were statistically significant, with no significant difference in adverse reactions. Conclusion Chinese medicine prescription combined with mifepristone combined with methotrexate treatment of tubal pregnancy, enhance the role of killing embryo, pelvic mass absorption fast, reduce the adverse drug reactions, good clinical efficacy, it is worth promoting.
