在表面活性剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)辅助下,以铜片为基底采用水热法120℃反应5h获得了掺镉Cu2S纳米薄膜。用粉末X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线能谱仪(EDX)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)等手段对不同镉掺杂量时所得产物进行了表征,采用紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-vis)技术研究了产物对亚甲基蓝降解的光催化性能。结果表明:1.0mmol乙酸镉掺杂产物结晶性良好,产物粒径为200nm,薄膜厚度1.2μm,80min降解亚甲基蓝效率达到84.5%。
With the help of surfactant EDTA-2Na, the Cu2S-doped Cu2S nanofilm was obtained by hydrothermal reaction at 120 ℃ for 5h on the copper substrate. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (EDX) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The UV-visible spectrophotometer UV-vis technique was used to study the photocatalytic activity of the product on the degradation of methylene blue. The results showed that 1.0 mmol of cadmium acetate doped product had good crystallinity, the product particle size was 200 nm and the film thickness was 1.2 μm. The efficiency of degrading methylene blue reached 84.5% after 80 min.
