膜法回收有机废气技术在国内外日益得到人们的重视。目前,膜法回收有机蒸气技术的首要研究重点仍然在于高性能分离膜的开发。聚醚嵌段酰胺(poly(ether block amide),PEBA)作为一种新型的膜材料,逐渐引起国内外学者的重视。本研究利用PEBA膜渗透分离庚烷蒸气-N2混合气,来考察PEBA膜在多种工况下对庚烷蒸气的渗透分离性能。实验结果表明:高温有利于气体的渗透,低温有利于提高混合气的分离度;膜两侧压差的增大有利于混合气体渗透率的增大;薄的分离层更有利于提高膜的渗透性能,而分离度没有太大变化。
Membrane recovery of organic waste gas technology has gained increasing attention at home and abroad. At present, the primary research focus of membrane recovery of organic vapor technology is still the development of high-performance separation membranes. As a new type of membrane material, poly (ether block amide) (PEBA) gradually attracts the attention of domestic and foreign scholars. In this study, PEBA membranes were used to separate and separate heptane vapor-N2 mixture to investigate the permeation and separation performance of PEBA membranes under different operating conditions. The experimental results show that the high temperature is beneficial to the infiltration of gas and the low temperature is beneficial to improve the separation degree of mixture. The increase of pressure difference on both sides of the membrane is beneficial to the increase of gas permeability. The thin separation layer is more conducive to improving the permeation of membrane Performance, while the resolution is not much change.
