张先翱,全国少工委委员、中国青少年研究中心教授。曾任《学与玩》杂志总编辑,中国青年政治学院少年工作系主任、中国青少年研究中心少年儿童研究所所长兼《少年儿童研究》主编、中国少先队工作学会副会长。他的人生座右铭是:“愿红领巾与银发齐舞”。《张先翱少先队教育文集》分为上下卷,100万字,集中了张先翱几十年来在少年儿童教育和少先队教育领域的研究成果,以期为广大少先队辅导员提供工作参考和借鉴。
