班主任管理工作在小学教学中的艰难程度很大,它是整个教学过程中一个至关重要的过程,如果班级管理工作不到位,则学生在学习兴趣、课堂纪律等多方面学习的结果必定会不如人意。对于班级管理者来说,如何掌控好班级中的细节管理,是班主任班级管理质量和效果的一大体现。笔者从四个方面浅谈班主任的工作:1.自身修养因素;2.尊重学生;3.纠正不良细节;4.赏识学生的细节。
