上海柴油机厂铸工车间的7.5吨震动落砂机是落砂工部最大的粉尘污染源,而环境和工艺特点又不允许装移动式全封闭罩和固定式半封闭罩。曾经安装过倾斜式侧吸罩,结果被砂箱撞坏。为此我们利用射流速度场扩散远的特点,设想在垂直侧吸罩的基础上加“龙门式”气幕,将污染源热上升气流“推”送到吸气罩口,以提高罩口效率,增强抗干扰能力又不降低罩口敞开度(见封三照片)。这种用同方向吹-吸气流来控
The 7.5-ton vibration shakeout machine in the Shanghai Diesel Engine Factory’s foundry is the largest source of dust pollution in the sand-falling department. Environmental and process features do not allow mobile full enclosures and fixed semi-enclosed enclosures. Once the inclined side suction hood was installed, the sand box crashed.
