信息技术给建筑业带来了巨大变化,由于计算机技术的广泛应用,通过对施工管理有关数据的收集、记录、存储、过滤,对项目进展进行跟踪,并把数据处理结果提供给工程项目管理班子的成员,从而对项目进展进行控制。文章结合027工程施工管理信息化建设的现状,详细分析了信息化管理在施工项目进度控制、成本管理、质量控制、安全控制等方面的实际应用。
