武威平川灌区是全国春小麦高产地区之一。栽培技术上存在着播量过大的问题,影响着持续稳定的增产。探讨本区各春小麦品种的适宜密度,对当前春小麦生产具有重要意义。一、材料和方法供试春小麦品种七个,在八个地点进行试验。密度分每亩15、20、25、30、35、40、45、50、55和60万株共十个处理,在每一处理中随机选面积为1×10m~2的三个点共30个点,观察基本苗数,最大分蘖数,有效穗数,产量。每点随机取50~100株进行室内考种。用方程式y=x/(a+bx+cx~2)……公式1描述基本苗和产量变化曲线,求出最适密度和适宜的密度范围;用方程式y=x/(a+bx)……公式2描述基本苗和有效穗数变化曲线,求出成穗率(有效穗数/基本苗数)为1时的基本苗数,用方程式y=1/(a+bx)……公式3描
