第三讲介绍了用 Ti 质粒为载体,可以将外源基因转入植物。尽管还没有育成新的作物,但这是一个预兆,表明科学技术发展到今天,人类改造植物的新时期已经开始了。重组体DNA 技术(俗称“基因拼接”)改造作物的努力在各个领域已经全面展开。本讲根据第一讲所述基因拼接的四个要素及基因表达问题,简单介绍各方面的进展和发展趋势。
The third part introduces the use of Ti plasmid as a vector that can transfer foreign genes into plants. Although no new crops have yet to be bred, this is a sign that the new period of human transformation of plants has begun with the advancement of science and technology to this day. Efforts to reshape crops by recombinant DNA technology (commonly known as “gene tying”) have been carried out in all fields in all aspects. This lecture describes the four elements of gene splicing and gene expression problems mentioned in the first lecture, and briefly introduces the progress and development trend in all aspects.
