利用3种抗体对15例涎腺腺样囊性癌(其中6例含有正常涎腺),进行了免疫组化研究。结果发现:正常涎腺的肌上皮细胞呈S-100蛋白阳性;纹管和排泄管的基底细胞呈角蛋白强阳性。在腺样囊性癌中发现,筛孔状假囊的衬里细胞、细胞巢的外周细胞、小管状结构的外层细胞和小梁边缘细胞呈S-100蛋白、波形蛋白阳性,有时呈角蛋白阳性。而小管的内层细胞和小梁中央细胞呈角蛋白阳性。以上发现提示,腺样囊性癌可能来源于正常涎腺纹管和排泄管的基底细胞。
Fifteen cases of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (including 6 cases with normal salivary glands) were studied by immunohistochemistry using three kinds of antibodies. The results showed that the normal salivary gland myoepithelial cells showed S-100 protein positive; the basal cells of the canaliculus and excretory duct were strongly positive for keratin. In adenoid cystic carcinomas, it was found that the cells in the sieve-like pseudocysts, the peripheral cells in the cell nests, the outer cells in the small tubular structures and the marginal cells of the trabeculae were S-100 protein positive for vimentin and sometimes keratin Positive. The small tube of the inner cells and trabecular central cells were keratin-positive. The above findings suggest that adenoid cystic carcinoma may be derived from normal salivary glandular duct and excretion of basal cells.
