文章建立产业集群创新网络模型,在此基础上构建石化产业集群创新能力的评价指标,实证分析了厦门海沧石化产业集群创新能力。实证分析结果表明,集群的整体创新能力并不高,企业创新意识不强、人员整体素质较低、企业间分工协作关系松散、企业技术创新效益不高、产品缺乏竞争力、集群产业链短、配套能力欠缺是制约厦门海沧石化产业集群创新能力提升的主要原因。
The paper establishes the innovation network model of industrial cluster, builds the evaluation index of innovation capability of petrochemical industry cluster, and empirically analyzes the innovation ability of Xiamen Haicang petrochemical industry cluster. The results of empirical analysis show that the overall innovation capability of the cluster is not high, the awareness of enterprise innovation is not strong, the overall quality of personnel is low, the division of labor among enterprises is loose, the efficiency of technological innovation in enterprises is not high, the products are not competitive, The lack of supporting capacity is the main reason that restricts the innovation capability of Xiamen Haicang Petrochemical Industrial Cluster.
