澧县位于湖南省西北部,所辖6个区,37个乡(镇),总人口为857070人。其中国营、集体食品经营(生产)单位956个,从业人员8080名。近2年来,我们坚持在卫生执法的同时帮助建立健全卫生管理制度的方法,使我县食品卫生监督实现了“六个结合”,较好地步入了法制化管理轨道,有力地促进了全县食品卫生状况的好转,1991年3月被澧县人民政府授予卫生执法工作先进单位。一、食品卫生监督同宣传教育结合起来
