泽兰具有活血化瘀，改善微循环的作用。为进一步研究泽兰药理作用并寻找有效成分，以大鼠血液流变学为观察指标，对泽兰4个提取部位进行实验研究，结果L．F04、L．F02、H2O对提取部分均有不同程度降低全血表现粘度的作用，其中以L．F04效最好，L．F04降低血液粘度作用与其抑制红细胞聚集及改善血浆成分有关。
