今天,很多企业在高额利润的诱导下,生产不符合国家食品安全标准的食品,严重威胁到国民的健康。我国食品法对食品安全的定义也比较狭隘,导致目前食品卫生监管存在很多问题。如食品生产商普遍忽视食品营养的问题、食品卫生的监管存在很多问题等等。笔者针对食品营养与食品卫生监管改进措施提出几点建议:完善立法、使食品监管有法可依、建设食品安全、提高社会对食品营养的重视、加大监管力度,重视食品安全以及建立食品安全信用机制引导食品企业健康发展。
Today, many enterprises, under the guidance of high profits, produce food that does not meet the national food safety standards and pose a serious threat to the health of their citizens. The definition of food safety in China’s food law is also relatively narrow, resulting in many problems in food hygiene supervision. Such as food producers generally ignore the issue of food nutrition, food hygiene supervision there are many problems and so on. The author puts forward some suggestions for the improvement measures of food nutrition and food hygiene supervision: perfecting legislation, making food supervision lawful, building food safety, raising society’s emphasis on food nutrition, increasing supervision, attaching importance to food safety and establishing food safety Credit mechanism to guide the healthy development of food enterprises.
