现任江苏省社会科学院经济研究所所长,研究员(二级)。1954年1月出生,籍贯江苏省连云港市。研究方向为市场经济与商业经济。兼任江苏省商业经济学会副会长、江苏省价格协会副会长、江苏省企业管理学会副会长、江苏省市场经济研究会副会长、江苏省民营经济研究会顾问、淮安市政府经济顾问等。学术经历1982年初毕业于复旦大学经济系,任教于陆军指挥学院,1988年转业至江苏省人行金融研究所,2001年进入江苏省社会科学院任经济研究所所长。1990年,提出“银行业分类改革的设想:政策性银行和商业性银行分置”。2002年,针对中国股市出现的乱象,指出“真正的国有企业不能上市发行股票,如果一定要上市,必须通过规范的改制,以非国有企业的主体身份上市”。2007年,提出发
