目的:研究水黄花地上部分的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱层析、RP-18柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、制备薄层层析以及重结晶等多种色谱手段和方法分离纯化化合物,采用核磁共振、质谱等现代波谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从水黄花地上部分75%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位中分离得到6个化合物,其结构分别被鉴定为:蒲公英赛酮(1)、3-表-蒲公英赛醇(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、β-谷甾酮(4)、交京大戟内酯E(5)和芝麻素(6)。结论:化合物1、2、4、5和6均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the aerial part of yellow flower. METHODS: Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, RP-18 column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, preparative thin layer chromatography and recrystallization and other methods and methods. The modern spectral techniques such as nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry were used for physicochemical analysis. Characterize the structure of the compound. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extraction fraction of the 75% ethanol extract from the aerial part of the water yellow flower. Their structures were identified as: dandelion (1), 3-tablet-taraxol (2), beta - sitosterol (3), β- sitosterone (4), transglotrolactone E (5) and sesamin (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
