各专署县政府分区武装部县武装部:奉华北人民政府及华北军区司令部令称:鉴于华北地区已完全解放,今后为大力开展生产建设事业,特发布联财字第二号命令,取治战争勤务动员办法。我山西省人民政府及山西军区除照令颁发联合布告周知外,对各级战勤机构滑理移交问题,作如下具体规定:一、自十月份起,原有各级战勤机构,除将村勤务干部保留外,其余一律取消。所有战勤案卷,造具清册,移交政府财政部门接收,清楚办理移交手续,其干部由各该级政府另行分配工作。
