目的观察海带多糖(LJP)对辐射局部损伤雄性大鼠性功能的影响。方法分组及构造大鼠辐射损伤模型,将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组和LJP实验组,灌胃10d后行一次性γ射线局部辐射,辐照剂量6.0Gy/只,72h后进行大鼠的交配试验及阴茎勃起试验,并测定附性腺器官脏器系数。计算精子数和精子活率。测定血清睾酮(testosterone,T)、垂体精子生成素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、垂体间质细胞刺激素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平。结果LJP实验组能明显缩短受局部辐射损伤大鼠的阴茎勃起潜伏期、爬高潜伏期,提高爬高动物百分率;提高其包皮腺、精囊腺-前列腺、提肛肌等脏器系数,提高精子数量及活力;提高血清性激素水平,与阴性对照组相比差异有显著性和非常显著性。结论LJP可以改善和促进受局部辐射损伤大鼠的性功能。
Objective To observe the effects of laminarin (LJP) on the sexual function of male rats with radiation-induced local injury. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, positive control group, negative control group and LJP experimental group. The rats were treated with local γ-ray irradiation 10d after intragastric administration, the irradiation dose was 6.0Gy / Only, after 72h rat mating test and penile erection test, and determination of gonadal organs organ coefficient. Calculate the number of sperm and sperm motility. The levels of testosterone (T), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2) in pituitary were determined. Results The experimental group of LJP could significantly shorten the latency of penile erection, climbing latency and increase the percentage of climbing animals in local radiation injury rats, and improve the organ coefficient of preputial gland, seminal vesicle-prostate and levator ani, Vitality; raise serum sex hormone levels, compared with the negative control group, the difference was significant and very significant. Conclusion LJP can improve and promote the sexual function of rats with local radiation injury.
