冠脉造影是诊断及治疗冠心病最有价值的方法。由于冠状动脉解剖结构的特殊性及冠脉病变的多样性,冠脉造影检查对于冠脉病变的评估已不足以满足临床需要,随着冠脉支架植入技术的发展及成熟,随之出现支架贴壁不良及支架内血栓形成,使患者再次面临急性心血管事件风险概率增加。因此,在冠脉造影中应用血管内超声检查已成为冠脉介入手术的热点,其能充分评估冠脉管壁、管腔及病变性质,有利于病情的充分评估及支架选择、支架释放的应用。该文就血管内超声在冠脉介入手术中的临床应用进行综述。
