在海洋油气田开发开采过程中,当海底的混输管线到达海洋平台时,会与上升管进行连接。在比较低的气液流速下,集输和上升管线组成的系统中会出现称为严重段塞流的特殊有害流型。这种流型会给设计和生产带来许多问题,但这些问题是我们希望避免的。因为严重段塞流,会加剧管壁腐蚀,降低管道寿命,还会导致管壁结蜡和水合物附着在管道壁上,阻塞管道。今后,海洋石油开发将会在我国石油工业中占据越来越重要的位置。因此研究严重段塞流的形成机理和流动特性,探索消除严重段塞流的可行方法,具有深远意义。
During the development and exploitation of offshore oil and gas fields, when the sewer hybrid pipeline reaches the offshore platform, it will connect with the ascending pipe. At relatively low gas-liquid velocities, a special, detrimental flow pattern, called a slug slug, can occur in a system of catch-up and as-flow lines. This type of flow poses many problems for design and production, but these problems are what we want to avoid. Because of severe slugging, wall corrosion can be exacerbated and pipe life can be reduced, as well as pipe wall waxing and hydrate adhering to the pipe walls, blocking the pipe. In the future, the development of offshore oil will occupy an increasingly important position in China’s oil industry. Therefore, it is of far-reaching significance to study the formation mechanism and flow characteristics of severe slug slugs and explore feasible ways to eliminate severe slugging slugs.
