针对模具制造过程中模具表面的自动化研抛光整加工的问题,介绍了一种数字化磁力研抛技术。从专用的数字化磁力研抛设备和在NC机床上改装方法、磁性磨粒的选择、研抛加工工艺参数的选择、三维模具加工模型的获得与数字化研抛轨迹的生成方法,详细介绍了其关键技术。
Aiming at the problem of automatic polishing and finishing of the mold surface in the mold manufacturing process, a digital magnetic grinding and polishing technology is introduced. From the special digital magnetic polishing equipment and NC machine tool modification method, the choice of magnetic abrasive particles, grinding and polishing process parameters selection, three-dimensional mold processing model and digital polishing trajectory generation method described in detail its key technology.
