采用美国惠普GP-8500彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对30例原发性开角型青光眼患者及30例正常人视网膜中央动脉血流速度收缩期峰值、舒张末期峰值及阻力指数进行了观测,结果显示原发性开角型青光眼视网膜中央动脉血流速度收缩期峰值、舒张末期峰值较正常人降低(P<0.05S),阻力指数增加(P<0.01),即原发性开角型青光眼视网膜中央动脉呈低流速、高阻力状态。研究认为:彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对原发性开角型青光眼发病机制的探讨有一定的意义。
Thirty patients with primary open-angle glaucoma and 30 normal subjects were observed by the HP-GP-8500 color Doppler ultrasound system. The peak systolic velocity, end-diastolic peak and resistance index of the central retinal artery were observed. (P <0.05S), the resistance index increased (P <0.01), that is, the primary open-angle glaucoma central retinal artery blood flow velocity systolic peak, end-diastolic peak decreased compared with normal Retinal central retinal glaucoma was a low velocity, high resistance state. The study shows that: color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of primary open angle glaucoma pathogenesis of some significance.
