本文对英国标准(BS标准)中计算裂纹张开位移(COD)弹性部分的方法作了评定。根据载荷——位移曲线,在选取用于COD弹性部分计算的载荷值时,其判定方法上存在着问题。理论上的研讨说明了该方法是不正确的,实验也指出那是个不合适的方法。在本篇文章中,提出了一个计算COD弹性部分的新方法,并指出:对于各种材料和实验条件来说,其COD弹性部分的值与试样的几何形状和取样方向无关。
This article evaluates the method used to calculate the elastic part of crack open displacement (COD) in the British Standard (BS Standard). According to the load-displacement curve, there is a problem in the determination method when selecting the load value for calculation of the COD elastic part. Theoretical study shows that the method is not correct, the experiment also pointed out that it is an inappropriate method. In this paper, a new method for calculating the COD elastic part is proposed. It is pointed out that the value of the COD elastic part has no relation with the sample geometry and sampling direction for various materials and experimental conditions.
