为适应新形势下医疗卫生体制改革的需要,不断提升疾病预防控制工作能力和水平,近年来,疾控机构不断加强信息化建设来提升公共卫生服务能力和效率。鞍山市疾病预防控制中心是2002年11月份由原市卫生防疫站、市结核病防治所、市健康教育所等单位重组而成的以专业技术服务为主的事业单位。组建后计算机和管理信息化建设工作不断得到了加强和深化。1疾控机构信息化建设必要性和可行性
