目的:探讨玻璃体切割术后的白内障超声乳化吸除和人工晶体植入术。方法:对12例玻璃体切割术后的白内障患者在术后1月～1年行超声乳化吸除和人工晶体植入术。结果:10例术后视力均有提高,占83.3%,未见视网膜脱离、人工晶体移位。结论:采用超声乳化手术,在无扁平部灌注插管的情况下,亦可顺利完成白内障摘除及人工晶体植入手术。
Objective: To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation after vitrectomy. Methods: Twelve patients with cataract after vitrectomy underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation at 1 month to 1 year after operation. Results: The postoperative visual acuity improved in all 10 cases, accounting for 83.3%. There was no retinal detachment and intraocular lens shift. CONCLUSION: Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can be successfully performed in the absence of a flat cannulation.
