医疗预防工作教范第614条上规定:“检验报告单由办公室护士夹于病案体温单之前,军医参考后转抄到检验记录单内,并将此检验报告单按日期顺序,贴于空白病历纸上。”我建议用废表格纸代替病历空白纸,就是把检验报告单贴在废表格纸上,来节约病历空白纸。废表格纸是不少的,如临床科常用的治疗单,服药单、护理单……,这些表格用后除多写些字外毫无损坏。贴化验单前,把整个表格用红笔划成对角线,把字勾掉,再按规定把化验单整整齐齐的贴上,这岂不是节约了空白病历纸了吗?就一个医院来说,这样做该节约多少病历纸呀!那么全军这么多
