药材工作直接关系着病人在医疗中的安全。从1951年1月到1958年8月,由于党领导的正确及全科同志努力,我科在这8年零8个月的较长时期内,在调配工作上,未发生过任何事故。获得上述成绩之原因,总结有五条基本经验:第一、思想领先,依靠群众,提高药剂质量,安全用药。我们经常向全科人员提出要求,和吸取其它单位的教训作教育,使大家认识到工作的重要性,工作粗心会给病员带来痛苦的,这样领导与群众思想取得一致,对消灭事故便有了力量。先进与落后的对立面在任何工作中都会有的,
The work of medicinal herbs is directly related to the patient’s safety in medical treatment. From January 1951 to August 1958, due to the correctness of the party’s leadership and the efforts of the general comrades, our department did not have any accidents in the deployment work during the relatively long period of 8 years and 8 months.
