现阶段我国的经济发展速度日益加快,技工学校也紧随时代的发展而进步,然而整体的生源素质却没有提升,学生进入学校后不善于自主学习,能力较低,对学习抵触等现象比比皆是,这是不可忽视的问题,于是如何正确实施行动导向教学,跳出固有的教学模式,正确引导学生学会自主学习,将创新的教学模式应用到技校语文教学中,是需要讨论的问题。通过行动导向教学的新模式,讲述了如何引导学生自主学习,提高学生学习的积极性,提高教学质量。
At this stage, the economic development of our country is accelerating day by day. The technical school also progresses closely with the development of the times. However, the overall qualities of students are not improved. Students entering the school are not good at self-regulated learning, with low ability and abiding by the phenomenon of learning conflict This is a problem that can not be neglected. Therefore, it is a question that needs to be discussed how to correctly implement action-oriented teaching, to jump out of the inherent teaching mode, to guide students to learn independently and to apply innovative teaching mode to Chinese teaching in technical schools. Through the action-oriented new model of teaching, it tells how to guide students to learn independently, improve the enthusiasm of students and improve their teaching quality.
