目的建立一种测定工作场所空气2,4-二硝基氯苯(CDNB)浓度及工人皮肤暴露剂量的气相色谱法。方法基于气相色谱电子捕获技术,采用DB-1701色谱柱和DB-5色谱柱分别测定工作场所空气中CDNB浓度和工人皮肤暴露剂量。结果在0~2.00μg/m L范围内,该方法具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)分别为0.999 94和0.999 95,测定空气中CDNB浓度的最低检出限为2.2×10~(-3)μg/m L,以采样体积24 L计,最低检出浓度为9.2×10~(-5)mg/m~3,加标回收率为91.2%~95.5%,精密度RSD为3.9%~4.9%;测定皮肤暴露剂量的最低检出限为1.3×10~(-3)μg/m L,最低检出浓度为5.2×10-5mg/cm2,加标回收率为88.5%~92.3%,精密度RSD为1.8%~6.0%。结论该方法操作简单、检测灵敏度高、相关性好、精密度高、特异性强,可为CDNB职业接触者外暴露评价提供技术支持。
OBJECTIVE To establish a gas chromatograph for the determination of workplace air 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (CDNB) concentration and worker skin exposure dose. Methods Based on gas chromatography electron capture technology, the concentration of CDNB in the air of the workplace and the exposure dose of workers’ skin were determined by DB-1701 column and DB-5 column respectively. The results showed good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 2.00 μg / mL with the correlation coefficients (r) of 0.999 94 and 0.999 95, respectively. The lowest detection limit of CDNB concentration in air was 2.2 × 10 ~ (- 3) μg / m L, the minimum detectable concentration was 9.2 × 10 -5 mg / m ~ 3 with a sampling volume of 24 L, the spiked recoveries were 91.2% -95.5% and the precision RSD was 3.9% ~ 4.9%. The lowest detection limit of skin exposure dose was 1.3 × 10 -3 μg / m L, the lowest detection concentration was 5.2 × 10-5 mg / cm 2, and the recoveries were 88.5% -92.3% , RSD precision of 1.8% to 6.0%. Conclusion The method is simple in operation, sensitive in detection, good in correlation, high in precision and strong in specificity. It can provide technical support for the evaluation of external exposure of CDNB occupational exposure.
