雷击是造成矿井仪器装备损坏、影响运行数据稳定性和连续性的重要因素。采用单片机和ENC28J60实现直流电源二级隔离,阐述了二级隔离的设计原理,给出了部分硬件电路和上位机软件模块的设计过程。该系统对于防雷电和需要远程监控的无人值守矿井具有很好的实用价值。
Lightning strike is an important factor that causes damage to the instrument and equipment of the mine and affects the stability and continuity of the operational data. The single-chip microcomputer and ENC28J60 are adopted to realize the secondary isolation of DC power supply. The design principle of secondary isolation is described. The design process of some hardware circuits and host computer software modules is given. The system has good practical value for lightning protection and unmanned mine which needs remote monitoring.
